ok when u put a hero in your hall it say you cannot upgrade armor does this include runes and insignets or just the style

You can only add a statue of a hero when his armor has been upgraded to deldrimor armor, brotherhood armor.... That's only the appereance of the armor

Runes and insignia dont have anything to do with your HoM.

i asked because when you go to put the heroes statue then it say are you sure because your heros armor cannot be upgraded after you do it so i was making sure this just was visual you couldn't change and not the runes and insignet upgrades and such

You can rune them to your liking even after putting up the statue in your HoM.

what it mean by "cannot be upgraded" is the appearance only.
